Martin, an award winning photographic artist, has always been an avid photographer, but it was his wife's uncle Albert (he photographed their wedding) who got him interested in the business side of photography. Albert always said "it was a wonderful thing to be able to do something you love and get paid for it". Martin couldn't agree with him more. Martin has been a professional photographic artist for over 20 years, and still loves seeing the wonderful expression on a clients face when they see the images he has taken for them. He also likes the fact that photography never gets stale or boring. He keeps up-to date by continuing his education in photography and mastering new techniques and technology.
He has taken classes and seminars with some of the worlds greatest photographers; such as Hanson Fong, Rick & Debra Ferro, Michele Celentano, Carl Caylor, Doug Gordon, Jeff & Kathleen Hawkins, Sandy Puc, Denis Reggie, Bambi Cantrell, Joe Buissink, Clay Blackmore, Ken Sklute, Eddie Tapp, Martin Schembri, Curt Littlecott, and Al Gordon. He has also studied the work of Monte Zucker, Philippe Halsman, and Richard Avedon, to name a few. He also attends PPA, and PPANJ workshops held throughout the year, as well as the yearly week long course at the Mid-Atlantic Regional School of Photography held in Cape May, NJ.
Martin is an active member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA), the Professional Photographers Association of NJ (PPANJ) of which he serves as President of the Central Region. He is also a member of Wedding and Portrait Photographers International (WPPI). Martin has also won numerous awards and ribbons for his work.
Personally, Martin is married and has two children. He knows the meaning of family and how important those photographic memories are. That's why he loves creating those memories for others, and why he goes the extra mile to insure his clients are more than satisfied with his work. He understands that his work will be a families treasured heirloom for generations to come.
Martin always arrive at each shoot with a smile on his face and a warm sense of humor. As a husband and father he knows how special life's memories are, and is always honored when selected to preserve those memories for you.
